Creamy Dominican white chocolate, infused with our UK farm grown oak smoked Chipotle for a delicious smokey and smooth flavour, coupled with raspberry for a bitter sweet taste sensation!
We grow and make the Chipotles on the farm by taking red, ripe, juicy Jalapeno's and smoking them using oak as a fuel for 18 hours.
Supplied in a 100g pack of shards, the resulting chocolate provides a nice manageable heat, which is best described as mild/medium.
