Without doubt, Matt Simpson of Simpson Seeds in Hornigsham near Longleat is the most knowlegeable chilli head we know! His entusiasm and sense of chilli humour are unsurpassed and his products match his lust for chilli life. Matt is a seed saver, collecting seeds in conditions that will not lead to cross pollination. He has a wide range of both chilli and non chilli related products and is in our opinion one of the finest seed sellers in the UK.

Regular visitors to our chilli farm, the guys from the Clifton Chilli club can be found enthusiastically chatting away about chillies in their local pub - The Coach and Horses - in Clifton - of course! Like us, they also grow their own chillies and even go as far as entering chilli eating contests with amazing success! Well done boys - keep up the good work, whilst putting the Bristol area on the chilli growing map!
Is this the coolest farm shop in the world? Selling their own range of Ciders as well as a number of other manufacturers, you can also find our chilli sauces and a range of other locally produced fare. On top of all this there is an incredible furniture store - products of which are one-off, unique and definetely not for sale in Ikea!!!
Havinf used the Bradley Smoker all of last year for making our delicious Chipotles, we can do no more than endorse it fully. So amazingly easy to use, with consistent quality results everytime. We loved turning it on before going to bed, only tot come down stairs the nexy day to difind our Jalapeno's had become Chipotles. The smell is amazing too!
