Chilli Sauces
Our chilli sauce ranges cover the full scale of heat levels, starting with the delicious Fruity chilli sauce and ending up with our fiery Smokey Upton Dragon chilli sauce.
All of our chilli sauces are manufactured using 100% of the chillies grown in our poly tunnels, as well as our own farm grown supply of onion and garlic. We take great pride in growing our products and on that basis, if it can be grown on the farm and used in the sauces then it is. We do not like buying in products and simply heating them up!
The chilli sauces and chilli jams are hand-made in small batches within the kitchen of the farm shop which has a 5 star hygiene rating from South Gloucestershire Council. Cooking normally takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and we are very happy to allow visitors to take a look.
