This is a massively popular sauce at the farmers markets that we attend and one that we fel very passionately about, as not only is it delicious but the amount of time that goes into smoking the Jalapeno's to create Chipotles brings us very close to this product.
Our fresh red ripe Jalapeno's are oak smoked for 18 hours, before we grind them up to create a chipotle spice. This spice is then the backbone for the delicious smokey heat found in this product.
This is a medium heat sauce, that we would recommend as a dipping sauce, perfect for accompanying sausages and chips!.
