Being the only chilli farm in Bristol, it made sense for Bristol Zoo to contact us with reference to making a limited edition chilli sauce in order to help them celebrate their 175th anniversary!
In line with their current promotion, we decided to call it Wow! Gorilla, using the logo of the now famous gorilla's that have been placed all around Bristol, London and Birmingham.
The sauce is limited to 1000 bottles, and is available from the zoo and of course ourselves. Once all 1000 bottles are sold that is it - no more!
The product itself is a delicious medium heat sweet sauce, based on roast garlic and ginger. The heat comes from the legendary Dorset Naga.
Each bottle contains 140ml.
Ingredients - 0% Gorilla, Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Roasted Garlic, Ginger, Dorset Naga Chilli.
