Allow the rub to infuse the meat and grill or BBQ until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165F. Make up a buffalo sauce using our Sicknote Steve Cajun Doghouse sauce, by simply blending with melted butter. Brush onto the wings 5 minutes before end of cook or use as a dip. Serve with celery sticks and wet wipes!
